4. Payments

All fees for property management services, including but not limited to leasing fees, maintenance costs, and other charges, are outlined in the client agreement. Payments must be made on time as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.

5. Property Management Obligations

Appropos Residential will perform property management duties as outlined in the client agreement, which may include tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, and financial reporting. While we make every effort to provide quality service, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., tenant actions or emergencies) may affect outcomes.

6. Tenant and Landlord Responsibilities

• Landlords: You agree to maintain your property in a habitable condition and to comply with all relevant legal requirements. You are responsible for making payments as outlined in your agreement with Appropos Residential.
• Tenants: You agree to comply with all lease terms, including timely rent payments and maintaining the property in good condition. Failure to comply may result in eviction or other legal actions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Appropos Residential website, including logos, text, images, and any other material, is the intellectual property of Appropos Residential and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Appropos Residential is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of income, business disruption, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
